If you forget your Soholaunch username and password, you can locate it by looking in the database table that stores login information, as follows:

1. Log into cPanel
2.  Click on phpMyAdmin
3. Click on Databases
4. Click on the database "YOURusername_sope1" where YOURusername is your user name
5. Click on Browse beside the table "login"
6. You will see the information stored in that table, including the user name and password
