This is an example of email settings that you should use to send/receive email using your domain name. Please replace "your domain" with the actual domain name that you have on your web hosting account.

Also, be sure that your company does not have a firewall which might be blocking your connection to the email server. If so, please do a trace route and send us a picture of the output.
